  1. Hello Veronica, thank you for writing this informative article. As someone who has never been to Stockholm before, it was great to learn about the different neighborhoods and attractions that these walking tours cover.

I appreciate how you provided insight into the history and culture of each neighborhood, and it definitely makes me want to plan a visit to Stockholm soon. My question is, what is your favorite neighborhood in Stockholm to explore on foot, and why? Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

    1. Hi Albert,

Stockholm is really a great city to explore. I must say that I love to stroll around Old town. There is so much to see and just a great atmosphere. I also enjoy getting outside of the city to explore nature around the many islands. Taking the boat/ferry to a small island and just explore for the day. Glad you enjoy the content!

  2. I love to hike, so if I ever make it to Stockholm, Sweden, I would definitely book a hiking tour!  But I also love to hear about the history of any places I visit, so I think a walking tour of the old town would be necessary as well!  Do you know if the tours offered in English?

    1. Hi Melissa,
Hiking is beautiful around Stockholm! Like you say a city walking tour including the old town is kind of a must :). Swedes in general are good at English. The tours are offered in English, yes! Let me know if you have any other questions.

  3. I don’t know if I will ever get to Sweden although Scandinavia, but Stockholm is one of the places I want to visit.  Your article provides such a thorough overview of all the walking tours available in that city.  I would be particularly interested in a food tour and a history tour.  I think I would prefer a group tour to take advantage of the questions of others and enjoy the reactions of others to new things.  Although the hiking tours seem absolutely beautiful in Sweden, I have lived in the forests of Canada and the US for so long, those would not be my first choices but things to be added after seeing the city.  I hope to visit that part of the world someday.  This article has provided insentive.

    Jim
